Romolo Espresso e Cucina is a 45-seat contemporary café on the ground floor of the iconic Strand Arcade, in the heart of the Sydney CBD. Premium coffee, food and service are what it’s all about, seven days a week, inspired by the Italian tradition of eating and drinking together.
Founder George Nahas brings more than 20 years in coffee and kitchens, from boulangeries and patisseries to opening Naked Duck and working with Gypsy Espresso Coffee Roasters. His passionate, professional team pride themselves on a signature guest experience that makes everyone feel at home – ‘prima di tutto il caffè’. A second Romolo operates at Sydney Central on Pitt Street.
