Set on the foreshore at beautiful Horseshoe Bay, the Beachside Markets are a relaxed community gathering run by the South West Rocks Surf Life Saving Club. They’re held on the second Saturday of the month, with extra markets during school holidays. Bring a rug and stay awhile: there’s local, quality fresh produce and homemade goods, gourmet food trucks and live entertainment, all with the bay as a backdrop.
The market is at Horseshoe Bay Reserve, South West Rocks. There’s no train station nearby, so most visitors drive. Make a day of it with a swim at the beach afterwards.
