Gladstone Park Bowling Club, known as The Gladdo, has served Balmain and the Inner West for more than 125 years. Bowls is barefoot only (socks are fine), and the club is a favourite for social games with friends.
The revamped kitchen, Aziz’s Kitchen, serves a menu of seasonal ingredients and classic favourites. Families are welcome, and a nearby turfed area can be used for activities such as jumping castles. The club hosts private events indoors and outdoors and sells tickets to its own events.
