The Paragon is a heritage pub on the corner of Loftus and Alfred Streets at Circular Quay, open from 10am until late seven days. The ground floor has a Sports Bar showing live sport on multiple screens and an outdoor courtyard, with unpasteurised Carlton Draught piped straight from the big copper tanks in the front windows, plus local and imported beers, wines and spirits.

Upstairs, the open-air Garden Bar has soaring green walls, city skyline views, a covered dining area overlooking Jessie Street Gardens and a retractable roof. The seasonal menu mixes pub classics with modern fusion dishes, there are DJs in the Garden Bar from Thursday to Saturday, takeaway is available, and the rooftop bar and first-floor dining space host group bookings and corporate functions.
