Ramen Bar Goku is an authentic Japanese ramen restaurant on Glebe Point Road in Glebe, created by the owner of Menya Noodle Bar in the Sydney CBD. Its philosophy is all about mastering the way of noodles, with bowls built on egg noodles and carefully prepared toppings.
The menu features ramen with roasted pork, bamboo shoots, shallots, sesame and a seasoned boiled egg, alongside richer options such as garlic ramen with house-made caramelised garlic oil, spicy chilli pork mince, generous serves of sliced roast beef or stewed cha-shu, and fried chicken. Tsukemen dipping noodles and a vegetable ramen round out the choices.
