Lavana is a waterfront restaurant on the Walsh Bay piers at Dawes Point in the Sydney CBD, right across the road from the Roslyn Packer Theatre. The cooking is Mediterranean with a strong Australian accent, built around artisan tapas, premium steaks from the grill and fresh seafood, with dishes such as handmade lobster and prawn ravioli and slow-braised Junee lamb.
The setting is pared-back and rustic with a touch of harbourside luxury, including a terrace for long dinners. Lavana offers a quick lunch menu, shared banquets for groups and set menus timed around theatre performances, with Australian and European wines by the glass to accompany the meal.
