New Deal Coming Soon at BaShan Green Square

BaShan is a Sichuan noodle and dumpling restaurant on Ebsworth Street at Green Square in Zetland. It was started with one goal in mind: to bring the original flavour of Chongqing’s spicy noodles to the local community, so that a simple bowl of noodles in a fiery, spicy, oily broth or sauce can transport diners straight to a roadside stall in China.

The team keeps things honest, using ethically sourced produce, and every dumpling and wonton is made by hand by the chef. Soup-based bowls come with as many as ten condiments for a layered blend of flavour. Heat, authenticity and freshness are the focus, making BaShan a handy local stop for a quick, flavour-packed meal.
